RENTAL AGREEMENT

RESERVATIONS

A Credit Card number is required to confirm reservations. At pick up we require a copy of photo ID. Only Pre-Authorizations will be processed on the credit card at time of reservation. Rentals are charged on the day the rental is returned. If you are unable to provide a credit card and would like to reserve or rent using a card held by another person, you must provide their name, address, and affiliation to you.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT & INSURANCE INFORMATION

A Pre-Authorized Damage deposit MUST BE processed on a Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard). We DO NOT accept debit for damage deposits. Rentals require a minimum deposit of $2000 per machine. As a renter you have the option to purchase insurance from a Third Party insurance provider for the duration of the rental. You will be liable for any and all damages accrued during the rental.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER & RENTAL CONTRACT

All clients, guests and participants are informed of the risks and dangers, including death and injury, associated with riding rentals. You will be required to read, understand and sign a waiver, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement to rent. Customers will also be required to sign the Rental Contract which is a legally binding agreement.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Minimum age for signing the waiver is 19 years. Any participant who is under the age of 19 years needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order that decisions made will include the wishes of the parent or guardian who will sign a waiver in the name of the minor participant.

RENTAL PROCEDURE

All rented snowmobiles undergo inspections before and after the rental to ensure that the machine leaves in proper condition and return the same way. You are required to sign the rental check sheet acknowledging that you are aware of the snowmobile’s condition and that it has been inspected prior to rental.

PICK UP & RETURN TIMES + LATE FEES

Snowmobile rental pick-ups start between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on your first day of rental. If a later time is required for pick up, this must be communicated at the time of reservation. After 12:00pm, your reservation will be deemed a "no show." The sled must be returned before 5:00 PM on the last day of rental. If the machine returns late, a late fee of $50 per ½ hour will be charged in addition to any rental charges.

REFUND POLICY

No refund is provided for rented vehicles or trailers returned prior to the end of the booked rental period. Rates and rental period are fixed at the moment of reservation.

COMMERCIAL RENTALS

If the rental is for commercial purposes the reservation must include the name of the company, address of company and phone number of the company along with the name, address and phone number of the renter picking up the unit. We may also require proof of insurance coverage that extends to rentals. If the company is NOT paying by credit card, an accounts payable email or e-transfer must be completed prior to pick up.

All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard for payments.
